The event begins with an hour of playful partner yoga\, where you’ll explore how working with another body can deepen stretches\, build trust\, and even introduce a few fun aerial-inspired poses. \nAfter moving together\, you’ll settle into the soothing vibrations of a nature-immersed soundbath. Singing bowls will create a calming soundscape to release tension\, reset your energy\, and leave you feeling grounded and renewed. \nWhat to Bring: Comfortable clothing\, a few blankets\, pillows\, and anything that will make your outdoor nest cozy.\nWhen & Where: Saturday\, November 29th | 4:00–5:30 PM | Lawn at The Lakes\, outdoor stage\nCost: Free community event – open to the public.
