Frequently asked questions.
What time is check-in and check-out?
RV Sites: check-in begins at 1:00 PM. Casitas: check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Check-out for all accommodations is 11:00 AM.
Is The Lakes at St. David an adults-only resort?
Yes — during our peak season.
- November through April: guests must be 21 years or older.
- May through October: guests of all ages are welcome during our family-friendly season.
Do you offer monthly or seasonal stays?
Yes! Many of our guests spend the winter with us. Whether you're planning a month-long getaway or an entire season, The Lakes is a wonderful place to call your winter home.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome in RV sites. Pets must remain leashed or secured at your site, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
Are any casitas pet-friendly?
Yes. Select casitas are dog-friendly and are available by reservation.
Do you allow cats in the casitas?
No. Cats are welcome in RV sites but are not permitted in our casitas.
What kind of RV sites do you offer?
We offer spacious full-hookup RV sites, including lakeside sites, pull-through sites, and premium locations throughout the resort.
What electrical hookups are available?
- Lakeside sites: 30 AMP, 50 AMP, and 110V outlets.
- All other RV sites: 50 AMP service only.
Guests with 30 AMP RVs staying on non-lakeside sites will need a 50-to-30 AMP adapter.
Do you have an RV age policy?
Yes. We generally accept RVs that are 10 years old or newer. If your RV is older but in excellent condition, you may request an exception by emailing current photos of all four sides for approval before arrival.
Do you allow tent camping?
No. The Lakes is designed for self-contained RVs. Tent camping, car camping, and pop-up campers are not permitted.
Do your RV sites have full hookups?
Yes! All RV sites include full hookups with water, sewer, and electric service.
Can guests fish in the lakes?
Absolutely! Our lakes are stocked for catch-and-release fishing and are available exclusively for registered resort guests.
Can you swim or kayak in the lakes?
No. Swimming, boating, kayaking, paddleboards, and wading are not permitted in the lakes.
Do you have a pool and hot tub?
Yes! Guests enjoy our saltwater swimming pool and hot tub. Please note the hot tub is reserved for guests 21 years and older.
Do you offer Wi-Fi?
Yes! Complimentary high-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.

Wood fires are not permitted. Propane fire pits and charcoal grills are welcome.

Do the casitas have kitchens?
Yes! Every casita includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and its own unique style to make your stay feel like home.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made online by selecting your favorite site or casita, or by contacting our office. We're always happy to help you choose the perfect spot for your stay.
Do you have pull-through sites?
Yes! We offer both pull-through and back-in RV sites, including beautiful lakeside locations. If you have a preference, let us know when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
