A weekly opportunity to learn Tai Chi – let’s learn and practice together! Tai Chi is a gentle, moving meditation, done standing. We will start in the Clubhouse and also use the courtyard, allowing for a zen practice. This is a beginner-friendly class, and no mat or props are needed.
