Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: March 16, 2026
At The Lakes at St. David RV Resort, we understand that travel plans can change.
To ensure clarity for all guests, please review our cancellation terms below.
Reservation Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all reservations.
Deposit amounts are as follows:
Daily & Weekly Stays: One night’s deposit, applied toward your stay upon check-in.
Monthly Stays: $150 deposit, applied toward the first month’s rent upon check-in.
Annual Stays: $500 deposit, applied toward your first year’s rent upon check-in.
Non-Refundable Payments
Any payment made prior to arrival is non-refundable. This includes reservation deposits as well as any additional payments made toward a reservation before check-in.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason:
Payments made prior to arrival will not be refunded.
Instead, the amount paid will be converted into a Gift Certificate that may be applied toward a future stay at The Lakes at St. David RV Resort.
Gift certificates are valid for two (2) years from the date of issue and may be used toward any future stay type.
Agreement to Terms
By making a reservation and submitting payment, guests acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.
