Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: December 1, 2025
At The Lakes at St. David RV Resort, we understand that travel plans can shift.
To ensure clarity for all guests, please review our updated cancellation terms below.
Non-Refundable Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposit amounts are as follows:
Daily & Weekly Stays: One night’s deposit, applied toward your stay upon check-in.
Monthly Stays: $150 deposit, applied toward the first month’s rent upon check-in.
Annual Stays: $500 deposit, applied toward your first year’s rent upon check-in.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason:
Deposits WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
However, you may convert your deposit into a gift certificate to be used toward a future reservation at The Lakes at St. David RV Resort.
Gift certificates never expire and may be applied to any future stay type.
Agreement to Terms
By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.
