Breathwork & Sound Bath

Exhale the week and ease into your weekend with this calming, end-of-day practice in the main Clubhouse room. You’ll begin with gentle, guided breathwork to slow the mind, regulate the nervous system, and prepare your body for deep relaxation.
From there, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal and metal singing bowls. As the sound waves wash over you, they can help release tension, soften stress and anxiety, and invite emotional and energetic reset.
This class is designed as a wind-down—not a workout—leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and ready for a restful night.
Bring a mat, blankets and pillows to create a cozy nest for yourself to fully relax into.
