Deep Stretch Yoga

A slow, grounding practice focused on gently opening tight muscles and releasing deep tension. Supported poses are held for long durations, allowing your body (and fascia) time to soften, lengthen, and let go at its own pace.
This class is designed to improve flexibility and joint health, and ease chronic tightness. Deep Stretch Yoga offers a calming, meditative experience that helps you unwind while creating more space and ease in your body.
Bring your mat and 1-2 pillows to support your body. Provided yoga bolsters are first-come-first-serve.
