Mobility & Grounding
A mid-week reset designed to reconnect with your body, from the ground up. This 90-minute workshop begins with a grounding practice—shoes off, feet to the grass—as you mindfully walk the lawns outside the Clubhouse. Connection with the earth helps calm the nervous system, ease inflammation, and recharge your body.
You’ll then transition into 60 minutes of slow, intentional mobility work. In a relaxed and supported group setting, we will move through full ranges of motion with various mobility movement patterns to increase joint health and release stuck tension. The blend of grounding and movement creates a supportive, self-paced practice that leaves you feeling centered, refreshed, and restored for the rest of the week.
Bring either a yoga mat or an outdoor blanket for a class on the lawns.
