Work through the major joints of the body to increase your mobility and range of motion: ankles, knees, hips, spine and shoulders. Each class offers opportunities to explore differences you may have from left to right, and provides physical therapy-type moves to increase the usage of joints. Class in the clubhouse, come in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
