Want to quiet your mind before sleep? We’re offering a remote class that you can join from your rig! Stay comfortable in your space, and join Quiet Mind Yoga Nidra via the Zoom link below. This class is one hour of guided non-sleep deep rest (NSDR) that helps to put your body into deep rest while your mind is quieted down through meditative practices. The Zoom link is set up so that you can join without video (no one sees inside, not even the host), yet you can clearly hear the audio of Carrie, our yoga teacher, guiding you into a deep relaxed state.

Ideally, you take care of the dishes, the dogs, and your bedtime tasks before joining. You can cozy up in your bed and literally drift off to sleep as soon as it’s done (some people may drift into sleep before its over!), helping you have a thoroughly restful evening – mind and body.

Before the class, simply download the Zoom app to your phone or computer, whichever way you’d like to join. The link provided will take you directly into the meeting, where everyone rests in the waiting room until Carrie opens the session.
