Want to quiet your mind before sleep? Quiet Mind is one hour of guided non-sleep deep rest (NSDR) that helps reduce anxiety and mental chatter and improve your sleep quality.

We’re offering a remote option for this class in case you prefer to join from your rig – please see the Zoom instructions below. In-person class will still be offered in the Clubhouse, if preferred.

Before the class, simply download the Zoom app to your phone or computer, whichever way you’d like to join. The link provided will take you directly into the meeting, where everyone rests in the waiting room until the session opens. If joining remotely, get ready for bed beforehand so you can drift off to sleep as we close class.
