Tai Chi Workshop

This Tai Chi workshop begins with a brief history to help frame the practice, followed by an overview of the many health benefits and the foundational energetic principles of Tai Chi. Participants will experience a full hour of moving meditation, exploring the standing, walking, and flowing movement patterns that make up this ancient practice.
This workshop is designed for all experience levels and offers a gentle, mindful approach to improving balance, mobility, and overall well-being.
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Participants will receive a PDF of Tai Chi video resources to continue learning at home and develop a personal practice that supports long-term health and wellness.
