Discover the gentle strength of Tai Chi in this special community workshop at The Lakes. Known as a moving meditation, Tai Chi blends postural alignment, mindful weight shifting, and whole-body connectivity into a fluid, non-strenuous practice that nourishes both body and mind.
During this workshop, you’ll receive guided instruction followed by multiple rounds of practice, allowing the movements to feel natural and integrated. You’ll leave with a simple routine you can continue at home to support balance, calm, and vitality.
