Also known as Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), Yoga Nidra is a powerful practice that supports both body and mind in achieving profound relaxation. Often compared to the restorative effects of several hours of sleep, this guided evening session helps quiet the senses, calm the nervous system, and ease you into a state of deep rest.
You’ll be led into the space between wakefulness and sleep—where the body is fully relaxed, yet the mind remains gently aware. Through breath awareness and a full-body scan, you’ll release stored tension and invite peace and renewal.
What to Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow to create a cozy setup for maximum comfort.
